Flow

A dynamic, breath-to-movement Vinyasa practice designed to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. This class seamlessly links postures through intentional transitions, creating a moving meditation that energizes the body and calms the mind.  All levels are welcome.

Flow Sculpt

A dynamic fusion of strength and flow that combines traditional Vinyasa sequencing with light weights and resistance training. Guided by the breath, this class builds heat, tones muscles, and enhances endurance while maintaining the mindful essence of yoga. All levels are welcome.

Pilates

A precise, low-impact workout designed to strengthen and lengthen the entire body. Using controlled movements and focused breath, this class builds deep core strength, improves posture and enhances overall body awareness. Expect a mindful flow of exercises that target stability, flexibility and alignment, leaving you feeling balanced, strong, and centered. All levels are welcome.

Pilates Sculpt

A dynamic, strength-focused take on traditional Pilates. This class blends classical Pilates principles with light weights and resistance to build lean muscle, increase endurance and boost overall strength. Through controlled, intentional movements, you’ll challenge your core, tone the entire body and elevate your heart rate while maintaining precise form and alignment. All levels are welcome.

Pilates Burn

A high-energy Pilates workout designed to ignite your metabolism and build lean muscle. Combining traditional Pilates movements with cardio bursts and light resistance, this class boosts endurance, tones the entire body and elevates your heart rate for a full-body calorie burn. Challenge your strength and stamina while maintaining Pilates’ signature focus on control and alignment.  All levels are welcome.
