Barre Sculpt

A full-body sculpting class that combines ballet-inspired movements with targeted strength exercises using weights and resistance. Focus on toning, lengthening & defining muscles while improving balance, posture & core strength. This energizing workout challenges your endurance and leaves you feeling strong, lean & empowered. 175 Fusion

Experience the ultimate full-body workout in a heated environment, combining the strength and core focus of Pilates, the fluidity and breath of yoga and the toning precision of barre.  This dynamic, energizing class leaves you balanced, empowered & fully revitalized. All levels welcome.
