Nicole Jaramillo
Nicole is a certified Pilates instructor who believes strength, balance, and mindful movement can change the way you feel in your body every day. Nicole's classes at Studio 175 blend Pilates-based strength training with intentional, controlled movement, to help you build core stability, increase muscular endurance, and develop full-body strength with every session.
When Nicole is not in the studio, she is busy planning her next trip or exploring new places. That love of travel inspires the energy and variety in each of her classes. Every session is designed to feel welcoming, challenging and fun. You'll walk out of Studio 175 feeling more grounded, confident and ready for whatever’s next!
