Kelly Roan

Kelly believes yoga is more than movement, it’s a full-body experience that begins the moment you step into class. She creates a safe, welcoming space where every student feels seen and supported, guiding them to connect deeply with both body and breath.

Her teaching style is rooted in balance: restorative yet empowering, grounding yet expansive. Kelly’s classes are designed to be a complete journey, weaving together mindful movement, breathwork and presence so students leave feeling whole and renewed.

Having taught in Bali, where she immersed herself in the culture and community of yoga, Kelly carries those lessons of openness and connection into every class she leads. That experience expanded her practice and deepened her passion for building community through yoga.

Kelly is honored to hold space for you, whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing your practice. She invites you to explore, release and rediscover yourself through movement and stillness.
