Kathryn Crimani

As a former athlete, exercise has always been an important part of Kathryn’s life. Prior to the pandemic, her fitness routine consisted of cardio, strength training, and yoga but was introduced to Pilates during the shutdown. She loved how the practice helped her connect with deeper muscle groups and build strength from the inside out. Now she’s excited to share this passion for Pilates with others.

She’s a high energy instructor and positive motivator with a killer playlist on deck. Kathryn brings both intensity and fun to every class. Her goal? To help you challenge yourself on the mat, while having fun.

When she’s not teaching you can find her golfing, playing beach volleyball or dancing at a concert. She’s also an avid gardener growing flowers and vegetables from seed throughout the year!
