Daphny Lauren Bravo is a Yoga Acharya with 9 years of teaching experience, a mama of two, and a totally obsessed with color (orange is her fav).

Once a corporate retail buyer managing millions, she traded boardrooms for yoga mats to follow a path of freedom, healing and self-trust. Her classes blend wisdom, warmth and a touch of color fun. Inviting students to reconnect with their bodies, breathe deeply and remember the brilliance within.
