Caroline Hoyler

Caroline is a health & wellness enthusiast! She started her journey with yoga as a little girl with her Grandma. She came back to yoga in 2016 to work through grief after losing her dad. Yoga showed her that movement is medicine and connecting the mind and the body through breath can really shift your life in a positive way.

Caroline is also an avid cross trainer who loves strength workouts and running. She’s a mom to 3 boys (2, 4, & 6). They keep her on her toes and showed her how powerful all modalities of exercise are throughout pregnancy & postpartum.

Caroline has spent the last few years teaching classes, as well as, working 1:1 with women in their pre/postnatal season.
